TS Bank to sponsor Christmas in Atlantic. 
The Atlantic Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce TS Bank as the Presenting Sponsor of Christmas in Atlantic. TS Bank’s three-year sponsorship commitment gives the Chamber more opportunities to start new tradition for Christmas in Atlantic. TS Bank, opened a new office in Atlantic December 2015, is also a Community Investor with the Atlantic Area Chamber of Commerce.

“We are thrilled to partner with TS Bank’s amazing team to bring new traditions to Christmas in Atlantic,” Ouida Hargens, Executive Director of the Atlantic Area Chamber of Commerce, said.
“We are most excited to announce the first Holiday Skating Rink in Atlantic over Thanksgiving weekend,” Hargens added.
The Holiday Skating Rink will be Saturday, November 26th and Sunday, November 27th. Community members will get to enjoy a skate on the Ice Skating Rink in front of the Historic Rock Island Depot, Downtown Atlantic, with skates provided at a low cost. The Holiday Skating Rink presented by TS Bank and sponsored by Grain & Livestock Hedging and Megan Roberts, State Farm.

“We appreciate TS Bank’s partnership and the support of our sponsors to make this event happen. This is a super fun way to bring something new and fresh to the community. The Atlantic Area really has everything you need and with this Skating Rink, community members will get to enjoy something fun for the whole family and do some holiday shopping without having to leave town,” Smith added.

The Annual Grand Lighting Ceremony, sponsored by CornerStone Landscaping and Precision Concrete Services, will be Thursday, November 17th at 5 PM at its new location, the Historic Rock Island Depot, Downtown Atlantic. There will be hot cocoa and the Atlantic Hy-Vee will be serving free hot dogs for the community to enjoy. Santa will have a special arrival on his helicopter, weather pending, at 5:30 PM to turn on the lights and see children in his cabin from 6 – 7:30 PM.
The Lighted Parade and Fireworks will be December 3rd, starting at 6 PM. The Lighted Parade and Fireworks are sponsored by WalMart, A.M. Cohron & Son and Meyer & Gross Real Estate.
Prior to the Lighted Parade on Dec. 3rd, visit Santa in his cabin where you can enjoy hot cocoa and popcorn, as well as, horse-drawn carriage rides from 3-5:30 PM. Join us for the Holiday Concert and Angel of Christmas on December 4th at the First United Methodist Church, starting at 3 PM.
