TS Bank has installed an instant issue debit card machine at its Atlantic branch located at 1005 E. 7th St.

This new machine allows clients to come into the branch and obtain a new debit card on the same day they open a checking account or report a card as lost, stolen or compromised.

“The hassle of waiting 7 to 10 days when your debit card is lost or stolen is a huge inconvenience,” shared Dan Rossell, Market President.  “We understand that life goes on, and with the instant issue machine we can have you up and running with your new debit card in no time.”

Since opening in December of 2015, TS Bank has introduced several new banking innovations to the Atlantic community. With this latest piece of technology, new clients will be issued a debit card during their account opening process, instead of waiting 7 -10 business days to receive a new card in the mail. TS Bank universal bankers will ask you to securely create your own personal identification number (PIN) on the spot and the card can be activated either at an ATM or by calling into the bank within an hour of leaving the branch.

“When a client makes the decision to open a new account and move their business to TS Bank, they want to be able to act on this decision sooner rather than later. Our instant issue debit cards allow them to begin swiping within a few short hours,” says Christy Baker, COO.
