Cass/Atlantic Development Corporation, located in Atlantic, Iowa, is the economic development organization representing Cass County. We engage in activities that will improve the local quality of life.
Our purpose is to develop, encourage and attract new businesses and industries to the area. Often this is done by matching businesses with buildings or land to build on. In order to accomplish this task, we work closely with the Chamber of Commerce, City, and County officials and various boards and committees.
