Job Requirements
•Active and unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state of Iowa
•Previous experience in a long term or post-acute setting preferred but not required
•You must demonstrate excellent clinical skills as an RN/LPN, an attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
•We require you to be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, physicians, team members and others.
•You will be expected to have strong computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical records
•Must have an acceptable background check and no record of adult abuse
